Below is an email we received from someone who lost money to this scam:
Hey, I talked with you an hour ago about the fraud with the digger ordered from the phantom company. The person is still in contact with my cousin and he asked for 180$ euros in order to cross the Romanian border. I have my cousin’s email address, should I forward you the e mails too see exactly what is about and I presume that it is easier for the police to find them if they are still in touch with my cousin.
Looks like the scammer has set up another website, pretending to be H & S Exports Limited:
We are a very well known company in the England and Europe as well, we have satisfied our clients for the past 15 years, and had no complaints, imagine that we would never resist that much in the market being dishonest. This is the way we work, and all companies work, we could not deliver such a machine all that way without payment confirmed, nobody will actually do that.
As long as there is a Contract between our company and you, then you have no reason to be concerned. We respect the Contract and we will deliver the machine as soon as the payment is confirmed. If anything goes wrong you can always attack us on the legal ways. You have all our details and also our Bank Information.
You can read our history in our page: www.export-equipment.com
http://www.suppliers-equipment.com has been taken down, he is now operating under http://www.chandlers-machinery.com. Don’t get caught out by this scammer.
“Chandlers Limited” is not a plant and machinery dealership. They are in fact a legitimate company trading in the UK and are ironically enforcement agents, bailiffs to you and me!
There is currently a scam operating by a person purporting to be William Saveron. He is pretending to be Sales Manager of “Chandlers Limited”, and has set up a website, www.suppliers-equipment.com.
Do not be fooled.
Do not transfer any money, this is a scam. The scammers are in fact impersonating a different company with a similar name, “Chandlers (Farm Equipment) Ltd.” Again, a legitimate company trading in the UK. This company is a long standing agricultural dealer supplying primarily Massey Ferguson. They are not plant or construction dealers.
We urge anyone who has been affected by this to follow this up with the police or their national fraud agency. In the UK this is case number NFRC150400999856 with Action Fraud.
These fraudsters have previously been operating this same impersonation scam under the name of “BWG Machinery Ltd.”, in this case impersonating a legitimate UK business “Bob Wild Grass Machinery Ltd.”. The Action Fraud case number for this was NFRC150200953691.
Please read through the posts below
After replying to this customer and urging that they do not transfer any money, they told us it was already too late. They did not disclose the amount that they had lost.
Looks like he has made some changes! Email address has changed from chandlerslimited@gmail.com to chandlersfe@hotmail.com. He has also gained a colleague, Richard Saveron!
What hasn’t changed is that he is still using the Polish bank account, still ripping people off, it is still illegal and we are still on his tail.
Good Afternoon, I’m writting from Portugal. Since 26th May 2015 we are talking with Mr. William Saveron (in the email he is entitled sales manager of Chandlers Limited) about a sale of tractor (John Deere 5101E 5.200,00€) and we would like to know more details about it. Is this real? Now I saw on the web that there was a stolen identity?? Waiting your answer. Best Regards
Unfortunately, not everyone has worked out that this is a scam straight away. We spoke with this customer from Portugal after they had transferred and lost 4600 euros to this fraudster.
Needless to say, they never received the machine.
We used the phone number to try and find out more information
Looks like this scammer has a few other websites
We thought we would find out more about the address associated with these other websites using the Land Registry Office.
Could this be the real identity our scammer?
These details look to be the contact details for the ISP.

After a bit of research, we found where they got the domain name http://www.suppliers-equipment.com from, and reported the identity theft to them.
It looks like before pretending to be Chandlers Farm Equipment Ltd, the scammer was pretending to be Bob Wilder Grass Machinery Ltd.
https://www.scamwarners.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=10&t=96050
The website is exactly the same, it just has a different name at the top and a different web address.
A customer contacted us with what they thought was a “strange offer”.
This is when we discovered http://www.suppliers-equipment.com, a website imitating us, pretending to sell machinery that they do not actually have.
